Talent Acquisition Manager

KenCrest Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to act as the point of contact between KenCrest's hiring decision-makers and the Pathway's Recruitment Team (third party recruitment outsource company).  This position is responsible for development, coordination and monitoring of internal processes to ensure partnership between all parties involved in the recruitment function.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Ensure qualified candidates sources by Pathways are funneled through the internal interviewing and hiring process and that a positive candidate experience is delivered to all individuals     
  • Assist the Hiring Decision Makers (HDM) with interviewing strategies and techniques.  Provide training where necessary.    
  • Ensure information going into the candidate database/applicant tracking system is updated and accurate at all times. Troubleshoot any database concerns to ensure all are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Act as the point of contact between KenCrest's Hiring Decision Makers and the Pathway's Account Manager and Recruitment Specialists to ensure feedback and communication about candidates occurs throughout the interviewing, selection and hiring process.
  • Work with Hiring Decision Makers and Pathways to determine the effectiveness and success of current recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Attend Business Operational Meetings as necessary along with Pathways representatives in order to strategize with program staff regarding recruitment challenges.
  • Work with Pathways' Recruitment Team on development of local recruitment strategies such as developing relationships with local colleges/universities, attending career events and job fairs, hosting Agency Job Fairs.
  • Design and run reports to identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process. Troubleshoot challenges and concerns that develop in the process.
  • Maintain relationships with representatives from Chane Solutions, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage internal transfer policies as it relates to open positions.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in recruitment administration.  Project coordination/administration, preferred
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources databases such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS
