Site Facilitator

KenCrest is seeking a creative, energetic and organized individual responsible for maintaining the everyday operations of sites serving individuals who experience intellectual disabilities.  This includes the full scope of services provided- paid employment, volunteer services, transition services and/or a combination of services.  This position facilitates quality delivery of service, personal choice of consumers and empowerment to the professional staff.  Must maintain positive and professional relationships with consumers, their families, support staff, funders and the business community. The person filling this position should also have excellent business connections in Montgomery, Chester, and Berks county.


Qualifications

•Four year degree in related field required

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Supervisory experience

•Computer proficient

•Valid driver's license and insurance, clean driving record
