Regional Program Manager (PSN)-Lower Bucks County

.The Regional Program Manager is responsible for the direct supervision and monitoring of assigned programs to ensure that the KenCrest philosophy is carried out at the program level, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and agency guidelines.   This position is responsible for the care of  individuals supported through the Personal Support Network, including maintaining a healthy emotional and physical environment, ensuring that the unique needs of each person are met, and helping each person achieve his/her greatest potential. This position is further responsible for representing the needs of those we serve to the agency, and ensuring that the services provided meet the individual needs of each consumer.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor assigned consumers and services received through visits and direct support of an extended duration at least weekly.

  • Monitor program function by reviewing records and program documentation for each assigned consumer.Review program documentation, medication logs and perform and maintain home reviews, and recommend changes when necessary.

  • Assist individuals with implementation of the outcomes and action steps outlined in the ISP.

  • Assist individuals and support team with development of the Annual Assessment, including completing skills assessments.

  • Develop supports to make delivery of service efficient and consistent, i.e. schedule management, communication books, and effective outcome recording sheets.

  • Maintain and/or complete quarterly reviews, monthly reports, fire safety records, staff and individual consumer records, ISP’s, assessments, and consultant reports in accordance with KenCrest policy, state regulations and OSHA standards.

  • Prepare for annual licensing and other audits on an on-going basis, where applicable.

  • Ensure that emergencies are handled effectively and reported in a timely fashion to appropriate individuals.

  • Monitor and review petty cash submissions, expenditures, consumer spending.

  • Review staff hours worked for assigned consumers.Review staff schedules and timesheets for accuracy to ensure proper coverage and provision of outlined services and for the health, safety and welfare of those we serve.

  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, supervising, and evaluating the job performance of direct support staff.

  • Administer and assist in disciplinary actions as required.

  • Act as mentor and role model for direct support staff.

  • Attend staff meetings to disseminate information, discuss issues, act as mediator, and offer support and team-building resolution to the issues where applicable.

  • Serve as a resource to staff for implementation of activities aimed at identified consumer outcomes.


  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED and 5 years of related work experience. Work experience must include minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

  • Clear criminal record and child abuse check in accordance with state requirements.

  • Valid driver’s license.
