Property Systems Coordinator

This position plays an intricate role in the daily operations and safety of KenCrest facilities thru Maintenance and Property Management by providing supports across the agency to ensure that federal, state and local mandatory regulations are met. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

  • Over sees the maintenance work order system that is utilized across the agency

  • Analyze and generate property reports (stats for open, close and deferred work orders, inspections, etc)

  • Reconcile vendor invoices from generated work orders

  • Facilitate training meetings for the work order process

Property Management:

  • Works with the Property Managers and Maintenance Staff to ensure the timeliness of property house inspections.

  • Works with outside vendors to ensure required inspections are completed

  • Updates and distributes property vacancy report and other property related reports as needed

  • Serves as a back-up to the On-Call Property Management System

Montgomery County HUD process:

  • Works with COO, CFO and Fiscal Director to complete RFP packet and submits to Montgomery County HUD office

  • Contact person to County field officefor updates and current requirements

  • Completes tenant leases for residents who reside in Montgomery County HUD Homes

  • Maintain Montgomery County HUD home files

  • Attend required annual Fair Housing training as well as schedules for necessary property staff

  • Point person across the agency during emergencies (storms, blackouts, floods, etc) responsible for updating and frequent reporting during the occurrence. Compiles the report to be utilizes agency wide.


  1. High school diploma and minimum 5 years administrative supports experience with an agency serving DD/autism in the community.
  2. Strong Customer Service experience
  3. Computer Skills- proficient in Microsoft Office systems
  4. General Knowledge of House Maintenance
  5. General knowledge of federal and state licensing laws and regulations
  6. Knowledge of office equipment (Copier, fax, phone)
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  8. Clear Criminal Record
  9. Valid PA driver’s license to meet travel requirements
