Project Manager

 This position is responsible for managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion and for streamlining business processes in order to make better use of existing systems throughout the KenCrest enterprise. 


Responsibilities:

  • Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business applications and systems.
  • Research data relationships and recommend business process and workflow changes.
  • Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define information needs.
  • Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
  • Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.  Present information to management staff.
  • Work in collaboration with the Sr. Project Manager, Executive Sponsor(s) and Project Lead(s) to develop a comprehensive project charter that will outline the entire project from planning to closure.
  • Demonstrate leadership throughout all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle. Serve as the leader and central point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Facilitate sessions to analyze business needs and to prioritize and allocate resources.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
  • Write and maintain project management documentation. 
  • Assist with developing metrics to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business or computer science-related field

3-5 years of experience implementing systems-related projects required

PMP certification a plus

Combination of education and experience may be substituted
