Job Description



Program Specialist-Central and Upper Bucks Counties

The Personal Support Network of KenCrest Services  is looking for a Program Specialist for our Central and Upper Bucks Counties region.

This is a position which provides support and oversight for a caseload of up to 20 individuals in our Home and Community Based Supports program to ensure all services are providing according to their annual ISP. 

Training, supervision, coaching and mentoring of Direct Support Professionals to ensure they are helping the supported individuals s work on and achieve their goals, participate in their community and have a meaningful life.

The applicant must have 2-5 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism and 2-3 years of supervisory and administrative experience.  Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.  Extensive driving required. 

BA or BS in related the field required.
