Program Coordinator (Delaware)

KenCrest is seeking for a Program Coordinator to supervise several group homes that support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Resonsibilities include:

  • Providing direct supervision to Community Home Supervisor and staff.
  • Traveling to various group home locations.
  • Maintaining and/or completing monthly reports, fire safety records, staff and consumer records
  • Ensuring quality services by monitoring program function through record reviews and other site documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and agency guidelines.
  • Participating in the on-call supervisor rotation.

While providing supervision and support; the Program Coordinator provides opportunity for each individual to develop and grow towards greater independence.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or 4 years of experience with 60 credit hours. Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written form
