Private Pay Coordinator

The Private Pay Coordinator is responsible for the expansion of school support (5-21) initiative, spear heading the development of insurance based pay services and the coordination of current private pay clients.  The Private Pay Coordinator performs at a high self-directed, independent level but not in isolation.  Work will involve interactions and collaboration with staff at multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Develop and retain active network

    • Established referral sources

    • Families, partner organizations, schools and new referral sources

  • Establish and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders

  • Develop contracts and service agreements with private pay customers

    Coordination and Collaboration

  • Establish and maintainsystems and processesof new 5-21 services with CBSS directors

  • Develop and monitor referral systems and procedures

  • Responsible for identifying consultant needs ( by number, specialty and location)

  • Ongoing marketing including branding and online presence

    • Develop draft information for marketing team

    • Collaborate with marketing team on social media, online, anddirect marketing materials

    • Establish branding needs

    • Ensure all marketing essentials directly reflect our target markets

    • Rapport building

    • Serving as face of company

      Fiscal Responsibility

  • Monitoring and tracking ofbilling, accounts receivable and contractor payment

  • Develop and trackfiscal metrics and goals related to 5-21 school services

  • Insurance paid services


  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field of human services or education
  • Required minimum of 5 years of experience in program services and or education for persons with intellectual disabilities and/or human services with specific experience in administration, transition supports, program operations and leveraging key relationships.
  • Acceptable clearances in accordance with state requirements.
  • Valid driver's license.
