Office Administrator

KenCrest is seeking a highly qualified Office Administrator to oversee the overall management of front office activities at the corporate office location, including the maintenance of office efficiencies and implementation of office systems and workflow processes.

  • Assess/develop efficient work flow systems among and between offices/functions/departments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the facility needs in areas of maintenance and operating conditions (heat, light, cooling, etc.) and ensure building security systems are updated and operating properly.
  • Coordinate with IT and Fiscal departments on purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Seek out, research and manage relationships with office vendors and coordinate the management of all office supplies.
  • Develop operating systems and procedures based on best practices and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Receive requests for substitute medical decision/consent, assure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate, research gaps and ensure paperwork is ready for final decision/signature.
  • Provide support to Director and office staff for scheduling, investigation review, maintain Operational Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) plus 3-5 years proven office management, administrative or assistant experience or 7-10 years office management experience required. 
  • Prior supervisory responsibility.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
