Job Description

Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Director in providing an array of administrative supports and services necessary for efficient running of the program.  The Support Specialist will develop office processes and procedures, maintain data and data systems,develop reports and metrics, interface with staff at all levels and provide a high level of customer services and support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement and manage the petty cash, and credit card accounts reconciliation process which includes detailed documentation and filing of all receipts
  • Work with the program management staff to review and analyze training reports; serve as a liaison with the training area and the use of the Learning Management System.
  • Provide HCSIS support including retrieval of residential reports, ISP information, site locations and compilation of information into spreadsheets or graph reports
  • Run Kronos reports as needed and provide analysis support to the Director and Assistant Director
  • Edit residential and billing information to help in processing information from residential services


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of experience working on executive projects and providing excellent customer service
  • Advanced proficiency in full complement of Microsoft Office software; Proficiency in use of various database systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills,including ability to track a variety of information

Job Details

The hourly rate for this position is from $16.75 to $18.61
