Administrative Assistant ( Inde Tech Solutions)

The Administrative Assistant provides routine administrative support to the IndeTech team . This position assures the smooth running of all clerical duties related to IndeTech Solutions LLC .

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone. Greet and receive visitors and direct them accordingly.

  • Provide basic information to callers regarding IndeTech and product offerings and refer them to the appropriate party.

  • Maintain and update and provide support in scheduling for staff

  • Provide assistance in scheduling travel. Flights, hotels, conference venues etc.

  • Provide administrative assistance and support to all staffin office and remote.

  • Oversee internal and external mail deliveries and internal mail distribution & processing for assigned office.

  • Process and provide filing/copying for Credit Card reconciliations of IndeTech solutions

  • Provide clerical assistance including typing, filing, copying, and making distributions as requested.

  • Adjust forms as needed under the direction of IndeTech Staff.

  • Maintain form files and master copies, in an organized fashion

  • Monitor and order office supplies, including ordering copier and fax supplies and scheduling repairs.

  • Update and maintain customer information as needed

  • Maintain conference room schedule and assist with special events, meetings and projects.

  • Work closely with the Managing Director/Business Development Manager and office staff in the development of workflow protocols and processes to ensure efficient running of the administrative function.

  • Provide regular informational reports from various databases as needed.

Provide support to staff at administrative office using agency equipment or computers


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • One year of experience in office work or administrative support.
