Job Description



Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides routine administrative and clerical support to all staff in the program office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide basic information to callers regarding KenCrest programs and refer them to the appropriate party
  • Monitor and order office supplies, including ordering copier and fax supplies and scheduling repairs
  • Update and maintain training and property database information
  • Maintain conference room schedule and assist with special events, meetings and projects
  • Work closely with Director/Assistant Director and office staff in the development of workflow processes to ensure efficient administration functions
  • Provide regular informational reports from various databases as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in office work or administrative support


Job Details

The hourly rate for this position is from $14.59 to $16.21 

These positions are located in Western and Eastern Montgomery Counties, Chester and Philadelphia Counties
